    A newly converted block in the heart of Walthamstow had suffered from poor management and disrepair.

    The residents grouped together and using our experience we completed the RTM process swiftly, as we had previously submitted another RTM claim on the same Freeholder at this building.

    We also completed a competitive tender process on behalf of the RTM in their search for a new managing agent, we negotiated KPIs and a competitive price as part of the agreement.
